FAQ

When will my order ship?

All products require 5 - 7 business days to print, assemble and package your order prior to shipping. Everything is printed and manufactured "on demand". 

 What is your return policy?

Please choose your artwork carefully as we do not accept returns except as provided below. 

All sales are final. However, we accept returns for a refund or exchange, for items that are damaged in transit or mis-shipped.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@matsonvintageart.com to alert us of the issue. Matson Vintage Art will issue a prepaid return label and instructions on how to complete the return process.

The return item must be shipped back to us and upon receiving your item we will ship out a replacement. 

In the event that we are unable to replace the item, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork.

Can I bulk purchase?

If you plan to purchase 25 or more prints at the same time, please contact us at contact@matsonvintageart.com 

In order to provide you with a quote, we need to know exactly what you intend to purchase. Please provide links to all of the artwork pages and include detailed information about print style and sizes. 

I forgot my password, what do I do?

Just go to your login page, and click the link that says "Forgot Your Password?" 

Why is my credit card being declined?

Unfortunately, when a credit card gets declined, the only information that we get back from the credit card processor is the word DECLINED. 

A credit card could be declined for these reasons: 

1. You entered in the wrong card number. 
2. You entered in the wrong billing address. 
3. You entered in the wrong CVV2 number
4. You exceeded the daily spending limit on your card.


If your card was declined, please verify that all of your credit card information is correct, and try submitting your order again.
